We are proud to announce the new ProSimRacing season, here you can read the most important information:

Mod download

Download the mod here. You need to install the 2.02 version and patch it to the 2.11 version.

Tracks download

8th Jan - Birmingham Motorplex (Long)
15th Jan - Brands Hatch (Indy)
22th Jan - Virginia (Course East GP)
29th Jan - Joesville (Oval)
5th Feb - Arctic Circle Raceway
12th Feb - Laguna Seca
19th Feb - Monaco 88
26th Feb - Gateway (Oval)
5th Mar - Limerock (No chicane)
12th Mar - Le mas du Clos
19th Mar - Barbagallo
26th Mar - Cadwell

Race Weekend

Qualifying - 10 Min
Race (1) - Standing start (No formation lap)
Race (2) - Standing start (Reverse grid)

Races will be 20 min long.

Reverse grid

We will reverse the grid for the second race. Top6, 7, 8, 9 or 10 drivers will be reversed, that number will be "random". How will we choose that number? The last number of the first driver time and the end of the race will determine the grid inversion:

0-1 - Top 6 Reversed
2-3 - Top 7 Reversed
4-5 - Top 8 Reversed
6-7 - Top 9 Reversed
8-9 - Top 10 Reversed

Example, if the 1st driver ends the race with a time of 20:21.324, Top8 drivers will be reversed for the second race. If the time is 20:21.329, Top10 will be reversed.

Skins

A skinpack will be available before the first race starts. Read this post if you want to send a skin. I will make some videos so the more custom skins the better. If you can't paint a car ask in that thread, I'm sure someone will help you :)

Link to the series page, see you on the track :)

Mooooola... :-D

Tonite will start downloading tracks and doing a fresh
install of rF to get it working properly.

I like some tracks and dislike others but i think this
will be big fun.

Sweet - nice to see Birmingham back. The ovals, Brands and Monaco should be awesome too. Quick question - Wanneroo = Barbagallo yeh?

Just tested the tracks to make sure they work. Arctic, Virginia and Barbagallo were completely new to me and I love Barbagallo and Virginia. Arctic not so much.

Very disappointed by Brands though - the track is far too wide. Oh well.

Hello all,
I'm having trouble getting the beetle downloads to work. I'm sure I'm just putting the file in the wrong place. I keep getting an error when I try to open the beetles in the game. Any suggestions? WinRar asks to extract the file, I'm not sure what to do then..
Thanks,
Neil
